AWS Practice

Four years of production AWS work across data and application workloads. Our AWS practice brings the same standard as our GCP work — foundations designed deliberately, costs attributable, AI where it earns its place — for clients whose estates live on AWS or span both clouds.

What You Get

AWS estates, engineered to the same standard.

Foundations without the sprawl

Account structure, IAM, and networking designed before workloads multiply — or retrofitted in stages onto estates that grew by accretion.

Data workloads that behave

Warehousing, pipelines, and analytics on AWS with the cost and reliability patterns data platforms need — partitioning, lifecycle, and workload isolation.

Migration, sequenced by risk

On-prem or cross-cloud moves with pilot waves and proven cutovers (see Cloud Migration).

AI, honestly placed

When AWS is the right home for an AI workload, we build it there with the same evaluation and governance discipline; when it isn’t, we say so.

Scope

What we do on AWS Practice.

  • AWS foundations — multi-account structure, IAM, networking, guardrails
  • Data platforms — warehouse, lake, and pipeline architecture
  • Application workloads — architecture and modernization support
  • Cost optimization — audits, rightsizing, commitment strategy
  • Migrations — into AWS, or from AWS to GCP where a workload argues for it
  • Reporting enablement — governed models under your BI tool
FAQ

Platform questions.

We run both AWS and GCP. Problem?
It’s common and often rational — different workloads have different best homes. We work across both and design the connective tissue (identity, data movement, cost attribution) deliberately.
Can you reduce our AWS bill?
The Cloud Cost Audit applies to AWS exactly as to GCP: line-by-line attribution, fixes ranked by savings, guardrails after. Data and idle compute are where AWS waste usually concentrates.
Do you do AWS AI services?
Where they fit the workload — the discipline (grounding, evaluation, governance) is platform-independent, and it’s the discipline that decides whether the system survives production.
