AI Readiness Assessment

Most AI projects don’t fail on technology. They fail because the use case was wrong, the data wasn’t ready, or nobody defined what success looked like. The Readiness Assessment settles those questions before a build is scoped.

What You Get

An honest map of where AI pays off — and where it doesn’t.

Ranked use cases

Your candidate AI projects scored on impact, feasibility, and data readiness — so the first build is the one with a return, not the one with the best demo.

Data readiness, verified

We inspect the actual data behind each use case: quality, access, sensitivity. You learn what your data can support today, not what a vendor hopes it can.

Risk, named early

Privacy, compliance, and accuracy risks surfaced while they’re still cheap to design around — especially in regulated work.

A decision, not a report

The assessment ends in a recommendation you can act on: build this first, fix that data first, or don’t build yet. Each with reasons.

Scope

What’s included.

  • Stakeholder sessions — where work actually slows down, in your team’s words
  • Data inspection — quality, coverage, and access for each candidate use case
  • Use-case scoring — impact × feasibility × readiness, ranked
  • Risk review — PII, compliance, and accuracy exposure per use case
  • Roadmap sketch — the sequence we’d build in, and what each step unlocks
  • Readout session — findings walked through with your decision-makers
FAQ

Questions about this service.

We already know what we want to build. Do we still need this?
If the use case is chosen and the data is verified, skip it — go straight to a Blueprint. The assessment earns its keep when the use case is still a debate, or the data has never been inspected by someone who’s shipped these systems.
What do you need from us?
Access to the people who own the workflows, and read access to the data behind the candidate use cases — under NDA, in your environment.
Will you tell us not to build?
If the evidence says so, yes. An assessment that always ends in ‘build’ is a sales document. Ours sometimes ends in ‘fix the data first’ or ‘this use case won’t pay back’ — that’s what it’s for.
Does the assessment lead anywhere?
Into a free Blueprint for the top-ranked use case: architecture, metrics, and a fixed-scope pilot proposal. No obligation to take it further.
