AI & Data Solutions for HR & People Operations

People operations runs on volume and judgment at once: hundreds of candidates, thousands of documents, and decisions that have to be both fast and defensible. Our team has built data platforms and AI systems inside the HR industry at enterprise scale — this practice brings that standard to staffing firms, HR departments, and people-operations teams of 25 to 500.

What You Get

What HR teams get with BanerCorp.

Recruiters who find answers instantly

Policies, playbooks, rate cards, and past-placement knowledge in one assistant that answers with sources — instead of a senior recruiter becoming the search engine.

Onboarding that runs itself

Document collection, verification steps, and system provisioning automated across high-volume hiring — with people handling exceptions, not checklists.

Workforce reporting that ends the debate

Time-to-fill, pipeline, and utilization on definitions agreed once. The Monday report assembles itself, and every meeting starts from the same numbers.

Candidate data, governed

Resumes and personal data classified, access-controlled, and retention-managed — the privacy discipline hiring data legally requires and rarely gets.

Core Solutions

Where we start in hr & people operations.

  1. Recruiter knowledge assistants

An assistant over your policies, client playbooks, and placement history. New recruiters ramp on real answers; seniors stop being interrupted for them.

  2. Onboarding & document automation

Offer packets, compliance documents, credential checks, and provisioning orchestrated end to end — status visible, nothing in an inbox.

  3. Workforce analytics & reporting

Time-to-fill, source quality, recruiter capacity, and client reporting on governed data — replacing the weekly spreadsheet merge.

  4. Systems integration for the hiring stack

ATS, HRIS, payroll, and background-check systems connected so candidate data is entered once (see Systems Integration).

  5. Knowledge capture from departing experts

Structured capture of senior recruiters’ and consultants’ know-how into the knowledge base before it walks out — the assistant then answers from it.

The Reality

Why HR technology underdelivers — and what works instead.

HR teams are sold platforms that promise transformation and deliver another login. The tools that actually stick share a pattern: they remove a specific, hated task (the Monday report, the policy hunt, the onboarding chase) and they respect the data’s sensitivity. Our engagements start with those tasks, inside the systems you already run. The enterprise-scale HR data experience behind this practice means the edge cases — contractor vs. employee data, multi-client confidentiality in staffing, high-volume seasonal hiring — are designed for, not discovered.

FAQ

Questions from hr & people operations teams.

We’re a staffing firm. Does multi-client confidentiality work?
It’s a design requirement we know well: client data segregated by access rules enforced at retrieval time, so the assistant for one client’s playbook can never quote another’s. The Blueprint spells out the segregation model.
Will this replace recruiters?
No — it replaces the searching, chasing, and assembling around recruiting. The judgment work (reading a candidate, managing a client) is exactly what the freed-up hours go back to.
Our ATS is dated. Do we need a new one first?
Usually not. Assistants, reporting, and integration all work around the ATS as the system of record. If the ATS truly blocks a flow, the Blueprint will show the evidence and the options.
What about candidate privacy law?
Resumes are personal data: classification, access control, retention limits, and deletion workflows are part of the build (see Data Governance & Privacy), aligned to PIPEDA and applicable employment-law requirements.
How fast do recruiters adopt an assistant?
When it answers from the real playbook with citations, adoption is measured in days — the pilot runs with one team first, and their unanswered-question log drives what gets documented next.

Start with a fit call.

Thirty minutes. Bring the problem as it actually is — the stalled pilot, the bill, the spreadsheet everyone quietly maintains. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right builder for it.

You leave with a straight answer on fit — and if it fits, a free Blueprint to follow.
